Bollard up rooted from traffic island still attached to concrete fixings and deposited on the verge on the opposite side. Please replace on island or remove.

Bollard torn out of ground still attached to concrete fixings and deposited on the verge where the traffic exits onto the A40 towards London. The bollard I think comes from the traffic island at the exit off the A40 from Oxford towards Holton and Wheatley.
