This has been pinpointed in the section of Station Road parallel with Great Western Drive. I presume you meant the section that leads towards the Orchard Centre? I have passed the enquiry to the Traffic Team for response.

Thank you for your report and apologies for the delay in response. Oxfordshire County Council have made the decision not to introduce any new Residents Parking Schemes unless they are accompanied by appropriate levels of enforcement, given the limited resources that Thames Valley Police can offer this means in practice that Civil Parking Enforcement (CPE) would need to be implemented. We have been discussing the possibility of extending CPE into South Oxfordshire (along with the Vale and Cherwell areas) with the respective District Councils, this scheme is currently being progressed but I regret that I am unable to provide a timescale at this time.
The is an existing Traffic Regulation Order that prevents vehicles from traversing Station Road unless they have a legitimate reason to be there, the enforcement of this falls under the remit of Thames Valley Police.
