Missing rodding eye covers

Which means there are effectively two holes approx 6”x6” and 8” deep In the centre of the pavement which are a trip hazard. This has been like this for about six months. The rodding eyes are opposite the vehicle access to Homebase/ Halfords car park on the opposite side within the footpath on Launton Rd Bicester.
