Wooden footbridge is falling apart, I think the last two bridges to be fixed in the village!, why as these are the worst. Someone's going to end up hurt

The bridges are at the old mill in south moreton, many people use these two bridges, but are becoming increasingly unstable. Wood is hanging of underneath, making the planks rot and bounce. Also the other has a handrail that you would rather not use.
