Intermittent cut out of street light. Low level light promised over two (2) yrs ago. Non Western Power supply.

Intermittent light. Supply from private residence, OCC and local Parish Council have been involved. Supply off Western Power through domestic distribution board. Mounted on outside of house. 2 + years.
