This tree branch has been broken since the bad storms in March if it falls on a child it will hurt them

  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is likely maintainable by the District or Town Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01295 250 340
