Loose paving slab
Reported in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 08:41, Thu 4 April 2019
Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
I would just like to report my daughter fell over last night outside M and S at about 6.05pm. She has a very badly bruised knee and hobbling around this morning. She never got any photo's of the paving slab as a typical 18 year old was more embarrassed about falling than thinking about taking a photo. I would send somebody to check the paving before somebody else gets seriously injured.
Thank you Amanda Curtis

Thank you for your enquiry. I can confirm that an inspector has attended this location, unfortunately they could not find anything that meets our current risk based criteria. However, they have asked if you could provide a more specific location & a picture of the paving slab in question, once received the inspector will re-attend with a view of getting this repaired.
