A sign is needed on Hundley Way Charlbury to stop speeding

Reported anonymously at 14:55, Wednesday 3 April 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council 5 minutes later

There is speeding along the bridleway on a regular basis. If we could have signs at the beginning and near the field for drivers. One with a a horse rider and perhaps one with children and animals. We have horse riders, dog walker, ramblers and children using the bridleway on a daily basis.

  • I still not have had a response from O.C.C. Or the local council. There is still no signs that have gone up on Hundley Way, there is not even a sign saying This is a Bridleway, and slow down, horse and riders

  • Hundley Way is currently signed as a bridleway, it is not a through road so it will only be local traffic using it, and the residents should be aware of likely dangers and drive accordingly. Signing is unlikely to make any difference.
