Poorly lit, filthy road signage, damaged railings to pedestrian crossing

The central reservation barriers are poorly lit, poorly unidentifiable, filthy road signage and not surprisingly have been hit and mangled. This is also a pedestrian crossing from Tesco, the garage into Eynsham.
