Thank you for your report. Please can you open a new report giving better location details for example outside a house number etc and what type of bollard it is. A photo would be useful if you are able to attach one. Many thanks.

The job was dealt with but not completely, there is still about 3 inches of jagged bollard edge sticking up which is a danger especially to partially sighted and elderly people.

Thank you the jagged bollard edge in the pavement has been flattened and made safe and the broken bollard taken away. We now hope it will not be too long before we have a replacement bollard put in. The previous bollard has been there since 2012 and must have saved many a serious accident or some thing worse with vehicles using this pavement as a road. Once again many thanks.

Is there any news on when the bollard will be replaced, as it is greatly missed with vehicles mounting the pavement and driving at speed. This is so dangerous with children using this route to go to St Joseph and Lord Williams Schools. Also many people going to the guide and scout hut, visiting the nature reserve, dog walking and generally going through the recreation ground?.
