Large green road sign (20'square) was repaired but left hand pole is now leaning badly toward main road with sign very precarious

As above, large green road sign damaged last year, repaired but not very well. Left supporting pole is not stable. Information on road sign not totally visable. Road sign is in a dangerous and unstable condition. If it does fall, it will fall on to the main carriageway.
