Bollards removed at south end of Lamb Lane, Hinton Waldrist
Reported anonymously at 10:44, Thu 21 March 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council 1 minute later
When the Kingston Bagpuize Bypass was built, the southern end of Lamb Lane was closed off as an access to the A420. A section of P & 4 rail fence was erected together with some bollards. Several times the fence and bollards have been removed and drivers have continued to access the A420. OCC have replaced the fence/bollards a few times but something more substantial is needed (open ditch perhaps with access kept for pedestrians and equestrians? or heavy duty concrete bollards?).
