A 28 day notice to make an application for a vehicle access, or re-instate the verge the way it was, was sent to the residents at 87 Hurst Rise Road, on 01 April 2019. This is now on hold as the residents have informed me that they temporarily stabilised the grass verge with MOT Type-1, which they left in-situ, to minimise mess and damage, during their phase II works.
They are now in the process of preparing and submitting an application for an additional crossover to our Highways Department. The gap between them will be returned to grass verge.Posted by Oxfordshire County Council at 08:38, Wed 22 May 2019
