Contradictory speed-limit signage, west of Christmas Common

Sign on south side of Hill Road has been turned round to indicate NSL instead of 30 mph. First noticed this morning, Tues 19 March, c 09:45. Blurry photo taken by me, riding as passenger, on return journey today, c 13:10.

This bottle has seriously damaged my steering on my Saab as you can see I've had to pay out for the damaged it's caused this needs urgent attention I placed a cone in there so no one else damages their vehicle this road is in a terrible state it's failing as you can see in one of the photographs it would be nice if I could be reimbursed for some of this damage or if not all of it. thank you
