Locked gate obstructs bridleway

Reported via Android in the Countryside Paths / Public Rights of Way (usually not tarmac) category by Keith Johnston at 19:00, Monday 18 March 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

Access to the bridleway has become limited by padlocked gate. It appears that an attempt has been made for pedestrian access by limited cutting of hawthorn hedge (but this may have been undertaken by public). It is no longer possible for riders on horseback to access this PROW. I would suggest also that less able walkers will at best find difficulty at this point. Off-road cyclists are also likely to be compromised
