Hole was scraped out partially and a cone was placed. Cone has since gone missing and the hole is not filling up with litter. Still a trip hazard. What’s going on?

This issue has not been resolved, it is still a big dip in the middle of the pavement and is now filling up with rubbish. Cone is still missing and no further updates have been offered
