Manhole cover in eastbound cycle lane has pothole around it

Reporting this for the third time; the previous two times it was marked as "fixed" but nothing actually happened. I think I first reported this back in November 2018.

The manhole cover that's on the eastbound cycle lane just past the eastbound Osney Island bus stop is surrounded by a bad pothole. It's on the cycle lane, and a cyclist can easily get their wheel stuck in the pothole, and as a result swerve into the road.
