Light adjacent to slope to garages in block is blocked by height of trees and massive crown. Street light is in middle of two trees and light barely filters through tree canopy.

Adjacent to 8 garages in a block there are two Hornbeam trees. They are 8 feet from each other and branches touch each other; the street light is in the middle between both trees blocking light. This light becomes useless once the trees are in leaf. I believe the trees are protected, but that should not prevent pruning. The canopy is well over the height of nearby houses and, of course, the garages. They drop debris on garage rooves, path and road. Residents who use the garages find debris from trees and tree roots block the soak away draining water from the garage area. The trees urgently need canopy and root pruning.
