Light outside Stonehaven not working since 1st March
Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.

We have logged your report on our asset management system and we hope to get this repaired as soon as possible. Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach. Apologies for any inconvenience caused while this asset is out of operation.

Oxon CC came to the Square at Church Enstone last week and changed the lightbulb but the street lamp is still not working - this is proving dangerous for residents as the ground is uneven and there are various potholes. Please can this be addressed urgently.

Thank you for your update, however we have not yet attended the unit to repair, it is still an outstanding fault on our managment system

Light fixed, thank you, but is now on all night so must have a sensor problem.

Thank you for the report and sorry that this still has a defect. I have raised the issue with our contractors who will repair as soon as they can. The new fault reference is - 00352120
