Single track road with passing places road sign needs shrub clearing from in front of it so it can be read

Sign difficult to read in winter and completely hidden by leaves in summer. Cars enter single track road at speed and may encounter car head on coming in the other direction because they do not realise that it is single track road. Like this for a year I assume.
