Kerb stone has gone higher after vehicles are driving on them they are normally dropped very dangerous

This as already been reported but this a high trip hazard. It is out side my parents house (20 Windrush Rd Berinsfield) if they trip on this we are looking at broken hips etc so would appreciate this is fixed ASAP. The reason for this damage is mainly the refuge lorry can’t get through and maybe the on street parking needs some restrictions for emergency vehicles etc

Thank you for your enquiry. One of our team visited the site and assessed the problem that you have identified. Unfortunately with bin lorries driving over it constantly this will be a constant issue. We will continue to monitor this during our routine inspections and take any action necessary. Regards

I’m sorry but this is not satisfactory, the solution is easy make that part of the street a no parking area, then fix the kerbs. The refuge lorry and more importantly any emergency services can then get through. Willing to meet at my parents address to discuss but I won’t let this go, it’s dangerous Thank you
