We have logged your report on our asset management system and we hope to get this repaired as soon as possible. This is still not fixed and at least 2 residents have fallen/tripped because the area is so dark.

This streetlight is still not working and hasn't been since at least March. A lady has reported this morning that she fell over last night because the area was so dark. This streetlight is outside 3 Van Diemens Road. Please can you arrange URGENT repair.

Sorry to hear this has happened , i hope the resident is ok. I have checked our fault record, column 2 in the car park currently has a cable issue, UKPN own this cable to we have sent the fault through and they will rectify as soon as they can. As they own the cable we have to rely on their timescales but will stress the importance. Column 1A at the entrance has been attneded twice which is frustrating that the issue hasnt been resolved and we must apologise, we will escalate this to our contractors and urge them to ensure its tested thoroughly
