Still 2 broken street lights ! ( approx 4 months now ) Been reported once already ( most of the street fixed) apart from the two lights next to the small lane. And please don't fob me off with 'its a electric supply problem' because if it is then contact the 'electric supply people'

Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

The two which are not working are numbers 78 and 79 . Your placing of 78 is incorrect as it is on the north side of the road

We have logged your report on our asset management system and we hope to get this repaired as soon as possible. Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach. Apologies for any inconvenience caused while this asset is out of operation.
Kind regards The Electrical – Lighting Team
