2 weeks ago a new neighbour moved into next door to us she put plant pots along my car so i can’t get in and out of my vechile. She’s now put a small fence up so we will struggle getting our bins in and out. A emergency vehicle or anyone else now can’t park outside our properties as she has blocked the service area. The amount she has put out is too much for me to be moving everyday for us to use our family vehicle. When politely confronted she advised to get our children out onto the road. She also called the police who advised her to move the pots to her boundary brick (see photo) she isn’t willing to do this.

Good evening, I’ve had an email stating that your working with the resident at 33 nene grove regarding my complaint about her pots/ornaments in the service area path outside of our property’s. As you can see from the photos nothing’s changed, we are still unable to park outside our house as we can’t get in and out of our vechile and I am having to walk my children in the road as she has blocked the path and told us it’s her land. Many Thanks Charlotte Low

Good morning, I messaged over a month ago and still not had any clarification. As you can see from the photo we still can’t park our family car outside without getting the children out on the road side which isn’t safe. She is still saying it is her land and we are unable to walk along the service area which is safe for our children and us? It is an obstruction and anyone else who parks outside our properties also can not get in and out of there vehicles due to all the pots and ornaments - including the emergency services. I will look forward to your response Many thanks Charlotte Low
