High risk for seniors falling on uneven pavement
Reported in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 02:21, Sat 2 March 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
Your initial response states it was under investigation, then closed and passed on. Where is the transparency? A homeowner shows the state of just a portion of the pathway circulating the court and it’s ‘closed and passed on’ with no explanation. This communication is seriously lacking, it would behoove you all to work to a higher standard, share findings and offer reasoning. All of this is what you require of us when we alert you to an issue. Jeanne Hamer
