The farcical traffic lights by Williams that the signage has faithfully reported will be there for "up to 9 weeks from 07.01.19" have been changed this evening (Friday 1st March) to now say 11 weeks! How is this possible to need an additional 20% percent of time? Who has been consulted? Who had agreed this?
