Several Potholes and poor road surface condition which is recurring due to previous repairs proving to be inadequate.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
There are several potholes and the road surface is in extremely poor condition between Nobles Close and approaching the pedestrian controlled crossing near to Brunel Crescent. Previous repair work has been carried out some months ago which has proved to be inadequate. It seems that substantial road surface repairs will be necessary at this location.

You call this fixed? Seriously? If the inspector for this area thinks this is acceptable then I want whatever he/she is smoking.
The state of this pedestrian crossing and the road leading up to it is absolutely appalling. The whole road surface is clearly unsound - as soon as a hole is patched another one opens up on the border around the patch. This happens within 24 hours. The whole thing needs to be completely demolished and rebuilt properly.
