West End approach to Bridge Street roundabout, road in very poor condition.
Reported in the Pothole category by Graham Cook at 15:28, Tue 26 February 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
West End on the approach to the Bridge Street Roundabout is basically in a very poor condition and getting worse by the day. The road is full of potholes and very poor repairs from previous utility works. Cyclists are in danger of being thrown from their cycles because of the poor condition of this road. Ideally the whole section of road requires resurfacing, but in the short term the pot holes need filling in please.

The pot holes have been filled to the usual poor standard which does at least make it better for cyclists and motorcyclists, however as I reported initially the whole stretch of road needs completely resurfacing. We all know that with the next heavy rain storm the tarmac patch will wash out and we will need to report these pot holes again. Whilst OCC are in the area they might also like to consider repainting the two roundabouts at Staple Hall such that they are visible to road users.
