AH9 Street lamp faulty - next to Abbey Fishponds - Wood. The street lamp flickers red and comes on and then off again and has been out for a couple of days now. Its is the only light that illuminate the public footpath running alongside the Abbey Fishponds. Its very very dark for the residents who use the footpath to gain access to properties. Please investigate / address

We have logged your report on our asset management system and we hope to get this repaired as soon as possible. Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach. Apologies for any inconvenience caused while this asset is out of operation.

Still out of order! Please proceed with some urgency with fix. Female residents use this pathway every day to access and egress property right next to wooded area! NOT SAFE! It’s pitch black.
