The streetlight opposite 2, Yew Tree Court, Goring on Thames has stopped working

Streetlight is not operational for several days. Street is very dark

Thank you for contacting Oxfordshire County Council Street lighting, unfortunately we are currently only available to respond to emergency situations which may have an impact on the health and safety of members of the public, these will be dealt with within a 24 hour period.
Reported faults will continue to be registered on our management system and these will be tackled in coming months.

  • Thank you for your report, Goring maintain their own street lights and therefore this would need to be reported to them direct.

  • Thank you for your report, we will contact SSE our contractor advising them of the fault. If it's a simple fault with the lamp itself it should be fixed in a day or two. If it's a more complicated repair unfortunately it can take up to 28 days but usually they are faster than that.
