Footpath lights not working.

The footpath lights No 1 & No 3 on the footpath that runs along side of the Bay Tree Pub not Working. These have been reported before, still no action has been taken!!!! To fix them.
Ref: 350922 Thank you for reporting this outage for an Electrical asset maintained by Oxfordshire County Council. Reports of this kind are vital to assist us in keeping the County in light.
We have logged your report on our asset management system and we hope to get this repaired as soon as possible. Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach. Apologies for any inconvenience caused while this asset is out of operation.

Although light No1 has been fixed light No 3 is still not working !

Thank you for the report and sorry that column 3 still hasnt been repiared. There is an open fault on our system, its likely and unfortunate that we are awaiting the part to get this completed and should be rectifed within the next few days. Sorry again that this has still failed

Light No 3 is still not Woking after one year since the first report, when is it going to be fixed???

Ref:00364448 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 working days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
