Many large/deep potholes & badly receding road surface

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
On both sides of the road (and in the middle of the road) from the signpost for the Burial Ground all the way long to the A420 there are numerous large/deep potholes. Also on the left hand side towards to A420 the road is receding very badly in more than one place. This road has now been open to any vehicles for over a year now since you strengthened the bridge. Consequently, there are now larger/heavy/arctic vehicles travelling along this road. The road surface is extremely poor and is being made worse by these heavy vehicles. The most recent pothole that has been 'fixed' has been badly done and part of the hole still exists. It would be good if someone can investigate all of the road from the sign for the burial ground all the way to the A420 on both sides. This road is becoming extremely dangerous to use with cars having to drive towards the middle of the road to avoid the holes/receding road - not great when you have an arctic lorry coming towards you. This issue has been on-going for at least a number of months. Thank you.
