Anonymous reporter has got it right! What a ridiculous answer from an unhelpful Oxford County Council! what is the point of having this sort of Website is these are your answers?? Why don't YOU (OCC) Pick up the phone, as you seem to know what contractors to get in touch with e.g (Biffa) and sorted it.....! What was to happen if a pedestrian or cyclist was to slip and swerve into the road and be seriously injured??
