Series of potholes on approach to bus stop at Nos 9 and 11 Stonesfield Road
Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 18:52, Sun 17 February 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
Road is breaking up on the line of the inside wheeltracks of S3 buses that approach a STOP here. There are 2 large potholes (approx. a foot square and 3 inches deep) which when hit send a judder into my house adjacent to them. The road is visibly getting worse week by week and is very dangerous particularly at night and when water disguises the depth of the holes.

Today a highway's inspector has marked up the potholes individually. This is in my view is inadequate as for a 30metre stretch the road is failing and breaking up over a width of about 1.2 metres. Please reassess the situation, as a temporary fix is not the answer and neither will it be economic to revisit the site again and again.
