St Johns boat moored to fence at end of Preston Road with line tied to fence creating tripping hazard across bank and potential damage to fence. Boat should be moored with stakes etc adjacent to bank like all others.

  • Rope is still draped across the bank causing a tripping hazard. Who is looking into this problem? The boat is owned by St Johns College who have been asked a number of times to remove it, through Professor Snowling president.
