Streetlight on Heather Road not working
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 20:48, Mon 11 February 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
The streetlight on the short part of Heather Road, as you turn from Southwold Lane into the estate, I think it’s number 5 or 6, has been out of action for several months.

Thank you for your report, if you are unable to identify the unit number you are referring to could you please advise the house number the unit is closest to. We have attended street light 6 on two occassions and on both occassions repaired and left whilst it was in light. Thank you

I checked again and it's definitely number 6 which is not working.

It’s the light nearest to number 8. As you turn left onto Heather road from Southwold lane it’s the first lamp post on your left nearest number 8. Thanks

Ref: 00355827 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
