60cm+ pothole on unclassified road between Kelmscott and Little Faringdon

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
We drove through this pothole after 9pm on Friday 8th Feb 2019; it was dark and had been raining all day and the pothole was full of water so invisible. Tyre deflated almost straight away and needs replacing; alloy wheel damaged but hopefully still usable. Went back to take photos a couple of days later, pothole now clearly visible on west side of road as water had drained away. Pothole almost 10cm deep in the middle.
