Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

I am not sure the map reflects where I clicked and with out road names I am struggling. Can you put the junction with Blakes Avenue and Cogges Hill Road in the middle as it is very close to there.
2 out of the 3 were working this morning. Just the one that has not been working for ages that was not on this morning.

Ref: 350664/350665 Thank you for reporting this outage for an Electrical asset maintained by Oxfordshire County Council. Reports of this kind are vital to assist us in keeping the County in light.
We have logged your report on our asset management system and we hope to get this repaired as soon as possible. Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach. Apologies for any inconvenience caused while this asset is out of operation.
Kind regards The Electrical – Lighting Team

One not working Monday morning. Two not working Wednesday morning. Why does it vary on the ones not working?

Unfortunately I am unable to advise why they appear to be alternating or changing. It could be that the lamp is ready for replacement, faulty wiring or a supply fault. We will be able to advise further when we have attended the units

Just starting going through in the dark again, 6 months after I first reported and they are still not working. Two lights were out today. Any idea when you will fix them?

Any news on this? It has been 8 months since I first reported this.
Still the first light is out. About 50 % of the time the 2nd light is out and then occasionally the 3rd light is out as well.
