Hole approximately 10 CMS deep and 25x 40 CMS in size. Exactly the same pothole that was "repaired" less than a year ago. This is a lane that is regularly used by walkers and local residents and is a hazard

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
The original potholed reported last year and eventually repaired was never repaired to a satisfactory standard hence,in my opinion,it's reappearance!!
Council ref: ENQ19826147

This hole is enlarging and after rain splashing from cars driving through hole are causing filthy water to be splattered all over our car if it's parked or if car not present the filthy water is going over front door and white wall of our cottage!!! Please can it be sorted asap before we get to stage where wall needs repainting!!

Traffic lights have been left today not working and this is causing a dangerous 'free for all'. I am very surprised they were not replaced/fixed for the major rush hour
