Ref: 348512 Thank you for your report, this is a duplicate of a open report/telephone call currently awaiting attendance on our management system we will therefore close this fix my street report as a duplicate Faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
