Consistent pooling of water during poor weather
Reported in the Blocked Drain / Gully category anonymously at 11:02, Fri 8 February 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
Problem for over five years, when it rains the drainage doesn’t cope and any pedestrians here run the risk of a thorough soaking from the inconsiderate road users trying to race away from the roundabout.

Good luck with this. I have reported this so many times and absolutely nothing has been done. I think the effect on pedestrians of this clear drainage failure next to a well used footpath must be at the very bottom of the list. The drains are above the level of the road, so its not exactly difficult to investigate and work out what the problem is, but no-one has bothered for well over 5 years. Maybe if one of the highways team happened to be walking along this path in bad weather, they would appreciate the reasons for so many reports !
