Double yellow lines worn away and multiple vehicles parking and obstructing road.

The double yellow lines have worn away in Ashby court. Cars are parking alongside the flats, across the gates which should be clear for emergency services and on the corners. Since the building of the flats where the pub was this has become worse. Unable to turn the corner into the road as cars park right up to the edge, unable to reverse out of driveway due to vehicles being parked opposite and someone did have their car hit last week by someone reversing. People sometimes park on the pavement and this cause an obstruction. The taxi companies use the road as their rest break area or whilst waiting for a job and they hang out in the road, sometimes 4 or 5 at a time as well as people being parked. The bin men struggle to get their vehicle in, lorries cannot access the road and the gates are pretty much always blocked so emergency services cannot through if needed to the neighbouring flats. With the lines now almost gone, people are using it as their car park all day and overnight and it is one big car park and congested, it is frustrating for those who cannot access their properties without risk of damaging someone else car who is parked illegally.
Please could the lines be replaced as this is a safety issue for all who live in the flats and surrounding houses.
