Large plant overgrowing the pavement
Reported in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 11:59, Wed 6 February 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
This large plant is projecting over the pavement meaning pedestrians and buggies have to keep to the road side of the pavement to avoid the leaves. This section of the pavement is at a point where the road narrows and priority is given to traffic travelling eastwards adjacent to the pavement.
