The street light between number 9 and number 10 college close is not working.
Reported in the Street lighting category anonymously at 20:48, Mon 4 February 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
This is now in addition to the one at the entrance to the cul de sac (at the junction with queens road) which has not been working now for some time, so it is now very dark in our close. I have many elderly neighbours so poor visibility on footpaths is not great for them at this time in the winter. There is now no lighting in our cul de sac.

Neither light is working. The one between number 9 and 10 has glowed for a couple of days but not enough to provide any light. It is no longer glowing at all tonight, so the close is back in darkness.
Please can both streetlights be looked at and fixed please.

The streetlight is still not functioning correctly and the light at the top of the cul-de-sac is still not working either.

Ref: 351142 Thank you for reporting this outage for an Electrical asset maintained by Oxfordshire County Council. Reports of this kind are vital to assist us in keeping the County in light.
We have logged your report on our asset management system and we hope to get this repaired as soon as possible. Oxfordshire County Council have recently appointed new term maintenance contractors to manage our electrical highway assets within Oxfordshire, however they are currently dealing with a small backlog of outstanding faults from the transition from the old contractor to the new. Our aim is to get as many faults as possible rectified, however this will be based on an area approach. Apologies for any inconvenience caused while this asset is out of operation.
Kind regards The Electrical – Lighting Team

The street light numbers are 1 & 2. They are the only lights in the close, this is not a gap in the lights. There is not any light. Thank you for clarifying the situation with the contractor we are paying for. As work is planned by area, please could you give me the date that this area will be dealt with?
