This drain in Queen Street is blocked with mud and debris. Your ref ENQ 18822414. I reported this on 28th Dec. On Jan 23rd you reported this as fixed. Why? This has not been fixed. The drain is blocked and no action has been taken and drain remains full of mud.

THis drain has been in this state since my first report. Tha claims (2) that it has been fixed are clearly not correct. How can this happen?
