3 way traffic lights failed on Henley Road, near Devere hotel

The traffic lights appear to be fixed on green if coming from the B4017 but the lights are not working coming out from the hotel and fixed on red if you are wanting to go towards Grenoble Road. Noticed this morning at 8.40 am, 2.2.19
