Thank you for your report, would it be possible for you to please confirm the unit number is no 9 on the footpath. This is because our contractor has attend unit 9 twice and found no issue. Thank you

Hi
I can confirm that the lampost is on the bottom footpath just as the path approaches the allotments. No 9 is clearly marked on the post and is correct on the plan. It was not working yesterday but I have been told by my wife that she has seen it initially on but then flicker and stop working. I often walk the dog along here and can confirm it has been out of action for some time. Hope this helps.

Ref: 350326 Thank you for confirming; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
