Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
As of 29.01.19 light still not working despite being reported as rectified.
Thank you for your report, would it be possible for you to please confirm the unit number is no 9 on the footpath. This is because our contractor has attend unit 9 twice and found no issue. Thank you

I can confirm that the lampost is on the bottom footpath just as the path approaches the allotments. No 9 is clearly marked on the post and is correct on the plan. It was not working yesterday but I have been told by my wife that she has seen it initially on but then flicker and stop working. I often walk the dog along here and can confirm it has been out of action for some time. Hope this helps.

Ref: 350326 Thank you for confirming; we have logged this as a fault on our management system. Our current policy is for our contractor to attend electrical & structural emergencies as a priority; these will be attended within a 24hr period. All other faults are logged on our management system, for efficiency, these are grouped by area and the date they were reported, and the contractor attends against a programmed of works based on this approach.
