Uneven paving around service manhole

Reported in the Pavements category by D. Brind at 22:10, Sunday 27 January 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

There is a serious trip hazard created by the uneven block paving around this service manhole. The manhole is situated outside The Shaw Trudt charity shop Sheep Street/ Market Square Bicester. This caused serious injury when I witnessed a member of the public trip on the manhole. This caused them to fall to the ground and require an Ambulance to be called. I have consequently been informed the the person attended hospital and was diagnosed with a fractured shoulder. Please action this ASAP.
