Broken Kerbstones on roundabout
Reported in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 09:13, Sun 27 January 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
Damage caused by Biffa Waste trucks mounting roundabout and breaking stones and damaging the grass. Reported to Biffa who accept they did this but advised that there insurance will not cover it. Ongoing problem, i have reported this approx 5 times over past 6 years, it is repaired and then recurs. Have asked for long term solution to be considered, i.e. Bollards, notice etc, but this is always rejected. This is in front of my house and unsightly and dangerous as stones end up in the road.

Could you please provide an update as to when this will be fixed ? Further damage was caused this morning by the Biffa Waste truck. This was reported more than 3 weeks ago but so far no response? Thank you, Jill Glasgow
